Spinner
baits can be used at all locations in the picture that I have provided however spinnerbaits are not what we call
weedless so be careful of where you throw them.
I
like using them early in the morning and late in the evening running them just under the surface, and
you
will notice that the Colorado Blade really makes a wake just under the surface.
I
also will use a trailor hook due to early spring time. The Bass sometimes will come up and short bite the Lure
and that will help you in catching them or missing the fish of your life.
You
can also attach a pork trailor or what I like to do is use the soft plastic that I have used and had fish tear
it up. I save it and make trailors out of the small piece that is left.
You
will see from the picture do not try and fish the whole lake. I like to pick it apart and do a section at a
time. The pond or lake is not going anywhere and you have plenty of time to fish it all.
To
get your spinner baits, visit either Strike King or Bass Pro. They have the biggest selection and again you
don't have to buy all of them. Pick out the light colors to try.
Another
great idea is if you are not a member of Bass Masters would be to take the time to subscribe to their magazine.
It is a great magazine chock full of information. For about $15.00 a year, you get 12 issues.
Also
listen to other fisherman talking; some of what they put out take with a grain of salt while others will spill
their guts, especially when they have tore the Bass up that day.
Good
Luck.

the Hooks Wet
